- Settings
- Google account
- Music
- Pictures
- System Apps
- All other user data
Method – 1
- First Power off your device.
- Now press and hold the Volume Up + Power button together for a few seconds.
- Volume Down + Power button
- Next, Release both buttons when you will see a Logo.
- After that, You will see the Android exclamation mark.
- Next, hold down the Power button press and release the Volume Up Button.
- After a while you got recovery mode Use Volume down choose the wipe data/factory reset and press the power key to confirm.
- Then, select the option Yes.
- After that, select the Reboot system now option.
- Hard Reset done on your mobile.
- Now, Restore Data On Your Android mobile.
Method – 2
- First Power off your device.
- Now press and hold the Volume Up + Power button together for a few seconds.
- Next, Release both buttons when you see a Boot Mode.
- Then press Volume Down to select the option Recovery, and press the Power button to confirm.

- First Power off your device.
